What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

✔️ Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists.

✔️ Helping create all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.

✔️ Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed.

✔️ Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness.

✔️ Quality control, identifying work process improvements.

✔️ Be a role model for the team and create a healthy and positive vibe.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

✔️ Minimum three years of iGaming/Gamling/Gamedev industry experience working with creative teams within a studio, preferably in real-time production.

✔️ Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development

✔️ Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles

✔️ Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.

✔️ Attention to visual details.

✔️ Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
