Frogwares Game Studio is looking for an Associate Game Producer.
Producer will work with each part of the team to facilitate coordination, solve problems and make sure every department is working to its full potential.
Our expert team creates games which are liked by more than 7 000 000 players all over the world and this number grows every year with our new exciting projects.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Build and maintain roadmaps, schedules, and resource forecasts for multiple disciplines. Ensure the team is on track with their goals
Schedule and maintain tasks for departments and for interdisciplinary teams; facilitate epic, milestone, and sprint planning
Schedule and attend meetings, take comprehensive notes. Break down large or complex tasks into meaningful subtasks
Facilitate interdepartmental communication and communicate with external resources to coordinate delivery across complex dependencies
Manage day-to-day production issues to allow the team to achieve the highest possible game quality
Collaborate with team leads to establish and structure efficient workflows and pipelines
Maintain a constant awareness of game status through regular play sessions. Communicate regularly with key collaborators on project status, risks, and opportunities
Nice to have
High level of technical proficiency and previous design, engineering, art or QA work experience
Experience with the engines, especially with Unreal Engine
Experience collaborating with outsourcing studios while working in a product studio
Vast gaming experience
Expert level with JIRA is a big plus
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience in a production role as a Game Producer, Lead Artist or Project Manager, with at least one shipped title in this role
Solid understanding of video game development, software development processes, and project management practices
Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, on both a personal and team level
Skilled in risk assessment, management, and scheduling
Can drive projects to completion in a timely manner, despite having no direct authority and multiple departmental dependencies
Experience with traditional Waterfall production management techniques along with Agile techniques, including SCRUM or Kanban
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across Product Development and Management teams in both Ukrainian and English
