Lead Artist (R&D)

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Work on a project in the adventure genre with casual style graphics

• Maintain and develop the quality of the project's visuals

• Build and manage the art department team 

• Participate in the integration of processes aimed at improving the efficiency of the project's art department

• Work closely with the project's product team on key tasks

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of work in a similar position in game companies

• Released casual genre game projects in portfolio

• Understanding of all aspects of 2D and 3D graphic production and subsequent development phases

• Experience with management and leading a team

• Experience working with Unity and other game engines

Would be nice:

• Experience building and implementing processes to improve project development efficiency

• Experience working on adventure games and other projects with similar gameplay

• Understanding of the principles of using neural networks for developing art content
